How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make the payment?

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, You can request a cancellation by calling the Customer Service department at +971 50 445 2969 or you can mail us at hello@exohom.ae within 24 hours of your order submissions. Note: Custom-made / bespoke orders cannot be cancelled / refunded.

What happens if one of the items received is damaged?

To request a replacement please email us at hello@exohom.ae. Make sure that the item is not being used once reported and is packed for our quality teams to check. However, we make sure that the items we deliver have gone through our security check and have passed our security checks.

What should I do if the item received is different from the ordered one?

At Exohom this usually does not happen as we provide a design render of your product first before proceeding to production. If the design and the materials are approved then the product is moved to the production team and the same item will be delivered to you. So you don’t need to worry about the wrong item getting delivered to your place.

Does EXOHOM have customer service?

Yes, Exohom customer service will contact you within 24 hours of your delivery date to ensure you have the products at your doorstep. Not only this but we also provide after-sale service to see if there’s any issue or problem with the product.

Why could my Credit/Debit card be rejected?
