What should I do if the item received is different from the ordered one?

At Exohom this usually does not happen as we provide a design render of your product first before proceeding to make. If the design and the materials are approved then the product is moved to the production team and the same item will be delivered to you. So you don’t need to worry about the wrong item getting delivered to your place.
